ANTIQUE GAS PUMPS WE BUY!

1920's
1930's
1940's / 50's

Gas pumps are probably the most important part of any gas station. These large pieces of equipment in some cases are quite popular with collectors. Nations Attic is one larger buyers of these pieces of automotive history. Due to these antique gas pumps size and weight, their location from us in Wichita, KS is a factor. In addition, the type of old gas pump and how old it is also are huge factors in determining a value.

We are buyers of what's called visible gas pumps from the 1920's, clock face gas pumps from the 1930's and early computer pumps from the 1930's into the 1950's. Visible gas pump refers to the large round glass cylinder on the top of the pump. The were usually 10 gallons in size and allow the customer to see the gas they were pumps. Clock face pumps have a round dial that shows who much gas was being pumped from underground. Lastly, computer pumps used a mechanical computing device to show how many gallons and the total price for the purchase.

In most cases we are primarily interested in unrestored and original gas pumps. These will be pumps that have never been restored before and may look rough. We do buy single pumps and entire collections of antique gas pumps. The easiest way to find out how much your gas pumps are worth is to simply send us photos via email or text. Please also let us know what part of the country the pump is located.

Simply text photos to 316-371-1828 or email them to signs@nationsattic.com
